Finca Decero
2009 is defined by its cherry and spice aromatics and with an emphasis of red fruit flavors. The structure is elegant with highly integrated tannins. Having spent 14 months in French oak barrels, the 2009 Decero Cabernet Sauvignon is decidedly elegant with finesse on the long finish.

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon displays excellent varietal character. Aromas of cedar, blackcurrants, blackberry, and violets lead to a moderately structured wine that has 1-2 years of aging potential. This savory, layered, spicy Cabernet is a very good value meant for drinking over the next 6-7 years.

Standard cherry and plum aromas create a straightforward bouquet. The feel is hot and choppy, but there's enough body and balance for it to weigh in properly. Tastes of sweet cassis, kirsch and creamy chocolate, with an oaky finish containing cocoa notes.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

I still believe it is the simplest way to rate a wine, with its origins from grade school in the United States. A wine that I rate 90 points or more is outstanding (A), and worth buying.
